Ibn Altheeb  3 year old (28th April 2023) Gelding by 1st season stallion Alkumait and out of the well bred 1M 2F winner Mixora By MizzenMast (USA)

We have purchased Ibn Altheeb at the Newmarket Tattersalls sales! His debut at Beverley was a good 2nd when running green. The other horses in that race have boosted the form since. The winner Command The Stars is now rated 96, the 3rd has came out and won twice since and 4th has since won and now rated 82. 

With pieces added Ibn Altheeb hacked up at Wolverhampton over the extended mile early in October, with nice horse Vintage Heat behind him in 2nd. We were told that they expected plenty of improvement after the win, but also reported that they shouldn’t have run him at Pontefract later in October because of heavy ground. He’s also had 2 nice 3rd place runs at Wolverhampton over 7 (Finishing strong) and over a mile at Beverley. He is very consistent, and is sure to be a better horse next year. 

He is also well bred, by first season Stallion Alkumait (GB). A 113 rated, fastest ever winner of the Group 2 Mill Reef stakes and half-brother to Guineas and Dewhurst winner Chaldean. He is also very well bred himself by Showcasing (GB) and out of Suelita (GB). The Dam Mixora (USA) has a lot of stamina in her family and won over a Mile 2 at Redcar herself. 

We are over the moon that we managed to buy a 72 rated grey 2 year old winner with plenty of scope for just 20,000 Gns. He is a fantastic purchase that could be anything going forward. Yet again, a massive thanks to Ted Durcan for buying him for us and we are happy to report that he will be trained by Iain Jardine.

The upfront fees include Transport to the Iain 

Jardine Stable , Bloodstock Agents fee and all other expenses up until the 31st of January. The 1st training fees will not be until the 1st of March for February training.

FEAR AND FAST our 4 Year Gelding by Massaat out of Mafair Lady

He is a well bred horse  and his  2year old  full brother Davvy won 2 races as a 2 year old in 2025.

A big thanks for Steven Wilson for being our partner in Fear And Fast.

We still have shares available in Fear And Fast.

We found out a lot about Fear And Fast and his best run was when he was 2nd at Musselburgh with Kaiya Fraser in the saddle. He had excuses for not going close to winning in his other 3 other starts.

Fear And Fast is expected to improve a lot in 2026 and will be ready to race early in the turf season. He's only rated 54 now and will be a bigger & stronger horse ! Ted Durcan liked him a lot at the sales and we expect Jim Goldie and his team to help him win several races for us.

Spanish Hustle has now won 8 races for us and he has improved again this turf season. He won our first Sunday series race at Hamilton on the 15th of June and his win at Hamilton on the 18th of July was all down to Kaiya Fraser and his brilliant tactics. He has a lot more improvement to come and we are excited about him going forward.

He is an ideal horse for big handicaps because the stronger the gallop the better he will be. The 2025 turf season was amazing so far with 2 wins and many places.  We are now looking forward to 2026

with him.

This turf season Crystal Guard has shown a lot of improvement and he has run brilliant races including an impressive win at Musselburgh
and a very good 3rd in a hot race at Hamilton.

We are excited about him because he stays 2 miles + and is loving his life just now.

After winning a race at Musselburgh in 2025 he lost his form but discovered that he had grade 3 ulcers that have been treated and off  just 49 in the handicap. We plan to run him on the all weather and turf in 2026 and he remains well handicapped.
