 Federal Envoy  - 3 year old Gelding By Bated Breath. Trained by  Iain Jardine Racing Ltd.   Federal Envoy is one of the most exciting purchases we have made for  years and a massive thanks goes to Ted Durcan,  our agent who told us to  buy our 3 year old winning gelding. He was a 100,000 Euro yearling that  won first time out on the 14th of March this year. He was well backed  and beat Jayyash who has won and been placed many times since. He had  excuses for his next 3 starts and  was then a very close 5th and  beaten  less than 1 and a half lengths at Leicester on the 6th of July.  He is  currently rated 72 (was 76) and we rate him well handicapped because   the 1st 2nd 3rd 4th 6th and 7th from Leicester have boosted the form  since by either winning or being placed. He will run a few times on the All weather

and have chances of winning before going turf racing in Spring 2025.

Lope De Vega was a high-class 

racehorse and is proving to be one of 

the best stallions in the world. 

Crystal Guard is out of a very well 

bred unraced mare that is from a 

very good family.

He improved a lot and won  2 races from 5 starts last winter  and on the back of a wind operation late in 2023 he is starting to go the right way and was placed  4 times ifrom 6 races  through the winter and won his first turf race at Ayr in June under the brilliant  Mohammed Tabti.

He was a maiden when we bought him and he's improved a lot since moving to the Iain Jardine stable last year.  We did learn a lot about him

in 2022 and I was delighted with his hurdles win at Musselburgh in March and then over the moon with him when he landed a monster punt at 16/1 to 9/2 at Carlisle. He then ran two solid 2nds at Chester and Hamilton and hacked up at Ayr on the 10th of August in a good handicap and won again on the 1st of October at the same C&D in a 61 to 80 handicap.

We are delighted to report that we have purchased HOUR BY HOUR. A cracking big horse with very few miles on the clock. He has solid 2 and 3 year old form that has worked out well.

He had nice  runs  for LBL  at Ayr and Southwell and is expected to come on a lot for these runs. His Pontefract form (BTN A NECK)  has been boosted with Wens Moon winning at York in October. 

He was nicely handicapped  in the 60s at the start of the season and after two impressive wins at Hamilton he will be rated in the 70's again.

Shine On Brendan did well this year. He  won a race at Musselburgh for the 2nd year in a row and a decent race at Hamilton but that does not tell the full story. He was placed a few times including a close 2nd in a 85 handicap and 3rd in a 90 at Hamilton.

He is very well handicapped and had a confidence boosting win at Hamilton on the 30th of September.

IGNAC LAMAR  - 7.5% Available

We are pleased to offer shares in dual winner IGNAC LAMAR, a 3-year-old gelding by the high-class sprinter, DANDY MAN. IGNAC LAMAR  cost 35,000gns as a yearling and comes from a superb family.

His mother Bratislava has bred 10 winners from 12 foals including horses rated 100 plus.

I talked at length with Rod Millman and he told me everything we need to know about him to help us going forward and what he has done up to now.

He has won two races on the sand at Southwell and Wolverhampton over 6 furlongs and went close to winning a strong 7 furlong handicap at Kempton. On his penultimate run he ran a cracker at Leicester over 7 furlongs to finish a solid 3rd and had trouble at the start of the race.

He matched strides with top class horses in maidens and handicaps. Rod said that he has never seen the vet or missed a day's work and is well handicapped. Ted Durcan who helped us out at the sales loved our horse. Jim Goldie is brilliant with sprinters and improvement is expected.

On the back of an excellent 3rd at Wolverhampton he won well at Southwell under Robert Havlin.

He has just had a wind operation that should help

him a lot now that he's down to a  very good handicap mark.He is expected to do well this Winter on the All Weather and also win on the turf in 2025.

His 2021 form was over 1 mile and the races have worked out  ell. 

After a few runs over the wrong trip in winter 21/22 and more rest to strengthen up, he's now a very well handicapped horse and following a great 2nd and 3rd at Ayr and 2nd at Hamilton he bolted up at Ayr in  October 2022 and won with plenty in hand.   

He also had a solid winter with 1 win, a nose 2nd

and a couple of unlucky runs from 4 starts.

He was unlucky not to win on the turf 1n 2023 . Zumaaty bolted up at 5/1 from 10/1 at Hamilton on the 23rd of September 2024.  More wins are expecte d in 2024.

LET’S BE LUCKY RACING are pleased to offer shares in SPANISH HUSTLE, a 6-year-old gelding by PEARL SECRET out of the GALILEO mare DOS LUNAS, trained by JIM GOLDIE.

The six-year-old son of Pearl Secret was lightly raced for previous connections but nonetheless showed promise on numerous occasions.

Being out of a Galileo mare and a sibling of a 4-time winning jumper over hurdles and fences. His pedigree is one of genuine quality. His dam, Dos Lunas, is a sibling of the listed winner Berkarar, and the Grp-1 winners Magical, Rhododendron, Photo Call and Cross Counter are all near relations.

He won at Brighton in October 2021 at 66/1. We did have a bet on him that day.  

Since then, he moved to Scotland, and following a wind operation, he won at Hamilton on the 14th of June at 10/1 to get a very much-needed confidence-boosting win. He was then a close 2nd at Musselburgh before bolting up at Hamilton on the 20th of July and again on the 5th of August.  He also hacked up on his final start at Musselbrugh in September to get his 4th last season

He remains a well handicapped off 70  on the flat and  we expect him to win races on the flat  again this year at Musselburgh in November.
